We drove from San Antonio because this was on my wife's bucket list. We purchased the tickets online through the booking site. They call 40 minutes before stating they don't have enough people for the trip??? What kind of customer service is this?? We were really looking for to this and waited 3 hours!!! They are offering a full refund on our money. No where on the website does it state they will cancel due to lack of tickets bought?! Not our fault? Not much we can do now. I realize they could have made an exception for us but they chose not to. Very disappointing.
Drinks could be stronger but understandable why they're not. Tip- just get beer.
We took the Scarlet Lady Dolphin Adventure cruise a couple days ago. The reservation process (by phone) was very easy. Check in was easy. Departure was on time. The boat was comfortable and tour guide (Stephanie) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and passionate about dolphins. We saw a lot of these fun mammals and enjoyed a beautiful day on the water. I highly recommend.
We booked the tour and about 10 minutes later a storm was coming and we had to cancel. They charged 25 percent just to cancel, we had literally only been there 10 minutes. They Said it was due to the four square app, none of which was explained beforehand. They just kept saying " well I'm not gonna pay the free." There was nothing in the store that said you get charged 25 percent for canceling and no receipts. Use caution.
I would definitely do this again. Seeing dolphins and going around the bay the staff was friendly and the drinks OK.
We saw tons of dolphins! Worth the money! Leeanna and Stephanie were more than kind entertaining my silly husband. Thank you!
