We built a house in Royal Sands in 2005 and love it! Byron Pratt is the main builder - our house is well constructed and he has stayed with us as builder to help us update and resolve a couple of AC issues - wonderful!
Pretty expensive and lots of stipulations. Beautiful view and nice neighborhood though!
