It was ok overall. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and nice, and free breakfast every morning was a pleasure, but after spending quite a bit for some nights, we were treated horribly. Our room wasn't ready for cleaning even though they promised it'd be finished by 12AM. We ended up staying in a hot car for hours until the room was ready. It was a nice trip, but we wished that we had been treated a bit nicer.
Great location. Not too far but not too close. Clean and quite as soon as you enter the building. Stayed clean and quiet throughout my stay. The receptionists were polite and quick to answer questions and tend to my needs. My suite was clean as well. Comfortable and cozy bed along with sheets and blankets. Fantastic room overall. The pool is basic, as is the hot tub. Nothing fabulous but I'm sure no one goes for the hotel pool so no big deal. Clean and quite pool too. If your worried about sand, there is a shower right outside the pool for a quick clean up. I'd say take a robe, none provided, as it is cold throughout the hotel. I was able to wash and dry what got dirty and full of sand from the beach at the hotel laundry room. Which also was on my floor. Morning complimentary breakfast was Great! You get to make your own waffle (it's very simple) and my kids loved it. It's a nice play to stay. When coming back to Port Aransas inknow where I'll be staying.
Very good. Rooms are very clean and tidy as to be expected. The staff is very nice. The 2 queen bedroom is unable to fit a rollaway due to fire code, but the room layout could easily be adjusted to fit. The cleaning staff were very courteous but threw away my sister's candy bag (which she does NOT mess around about lol) that was laying on the desk in a plastic bag. Once changing the sheets they placed my sandy shorts and bag on the bed. Overall, everything is very nice.
Loved the room and the staff. It was a wonderful place to stay. Really enjoyed my time here
First visit was great despite the lights going out... But hey its bound to happen... Hotel employees were awesome... Three rooms were nice... Comfy beds!! Nice bathrooms!! Overall i had a great stay... Definitely coming back!!! And at that its so close too the beach!!!!
