Laundry room was on-site near the pool.
Myself, my mom, my daughter & now my grandson, haved stayed @ the Seaside Motel every year,
Went last week and it was perfect! Stayed for three nights, in the king room. It was simple, clean, and nice! it had everything we needed and the location of this place couldnt be more perfect. Walked to the beach each morning and they also have an outdoor pool that was the perfect temperature. Both ladies at the front desk that I saw were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The prices are great too!!! Definitely will come back here again.
We stayed in beach view 208 at the Seaside motel & condominiums. You cannot get closer to the beach unless you camp. Our view was great and the room was clean. We had fun at the pool and soaked up the sun!
If you're checking into the Penthouse Suite, I'm sure you'll be satisfied, unless you're expecting the quality and experience of a place double in price. Be realistic, this is a great price for what you're provided with. I would certainly come back again.
I am only rating Seaside this rating because of the new "unfriendly & rude" management that I came in contact with 2 weeks ago while I was camping on the beach...
for 25 plus yrs (we have stayed at least once a year, but usually more)...
But we will NEVER STAY THERE again...
Overall I think this place was excellent and checked all of our needs. We are very happy with our stay.
We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. It was a lovely experience and I was pleasently surprised how well the room looked. The front desk was excellent and very helpful with any needs we had. Everything was provided upon request, if you have a dog, they don't go in your room to clean and restock for safety measures(Makes sense) just go to front desk to request towels and such. The AC works great, the rooms were very clean, all new sheets and pillow cases, rooms were well furnished, towels and dishes were all plentifully supplied. (I love the tile throughout). The pool was rather dirty but still cleaner than the ocean with no jellyfish. The view on the balcony was beautiful overlooking the ocean(perfect for sunrise)
The staff is wonderful. The rooms are simple and always clean. The pool is deep and it's walking distance to the beach. They allow dogs. The guests are usually very polite and create a fun community atmosphere!
