We are residents from Rockport who also was hit bad by Harvey. The Best Western took a hard hit as well. They opened thier doors and have been extremely accommodating even though they are not 100%. The entire are absolutely wonderful! Love this Best Western!
Staff was very courteous and helpful and went out of their way to help me. I'm disabled and my daughter autistic. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Near restaurants and to the beach. Great A/C. Pool was also very nice.
Great time. Had a mini family vacation. Everyone was pleasant. Rooms were newly remodeled and updated. Nice clean pool. We ended up getting 3 rooms and they tried getting our rooms as close as possible. Breakfast had a large variety of foods and was fresh and hot. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft and fresh and plenty of them. Thanks....
Good location - walking distance to many stores, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are nice for being a beach town hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our fridge wasn't working and they replaced it immediately. The general manager is doing a good job managing the hotel. We'll definitely be back.
All of the amenities of home.. and then some! We have stayed here many times in the past over the years. The hotel has been fully renovated and all of the rooms have new furniture and new bathrooms. LOVED THE WOOD FLOORS!!! What a great idea! And, oddly.. it's soundproofed.. so you cannot hear anyone walking overhead if you're on the bottom floor. Full free breakfast! A book exchange! (love, love, love!), an nice picnic area with full cover so you don't get wet.. no matter how badly it's raining. And, if you're a smoker.. it's a comfy SAFE spot to sit and enjoy. Well lit!
