We've called Ocean Plumbing on two occasions - once for a leaky tub faucet and once for a busted water heater. The first was a minor repair, and we were pleased with the repair and the price; so we called James when our heater leaked/broke recently and he was back to us and starting the repairs within 2 hours (he had to finish the job he was on).
We find Ocean Plumbing to be responsive, service oriented, and a great company!
James kept us informed every step of the way - what the damage was, what the estimated repair costs and timelines were, and when the job was complete.
They were amazing! We had a last minute change of plans and we couldn't be around for the second day of the job, so they stayed until 9:30 pm when the job was done! Everything came out great and the final cost was less than what they quoted us. Very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
Ocean plumbing is not located in Port Aransas. If their "out of town" tech is on vacation or busy they will not send someone to the island.
