They keep the beach smooth keep up with the Porta johns and trash bins located at every and every other marker. They say they hold off grading for December and January. There are many beach access roads allowing easy access to the city, which is very fine also with many attractions. 3 days camping at a time allowed with the beach pass that can be purchased at any convenient store. Good for the year.
